Happenstance Art & Framing Gallery is a bit off the beaten track and you need to make an appointment, but the trip is worth it! I have had several pictures framed here now and the experience has been perfect from consultation to end result.
Anastasia has the experience and vision to recommend just the right wood, mount and finish for each piece, while other framers often seem to simply recommend the option with the highest profit margin. The prices here are very reasonable, and the backs of the frames look as impressive as the fronts, down to details of glass used. And this was the first time that I have been given the correct care instructions for UV glass!
