Guys & Dolls Parlour

I work nearby and needed to fit in a bikini wax during my lunch hour. Searched on Google for any nearby places with good reviews, especially good staff reviews, and found Guys & Dolls. Located off Brick Lane, in between vintage stores galore, the salon is easy to find. Once inside, I was greeted with smiles and warm «Hellos» all around, and promptly taken downstairs for my appointment with Shilom, a beautiful and incredibly friendly stylist (with hair to die for!). Shilom completed my wax in 15 minutes, and it is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when it comes to waxing. To me, it’s of utmost importance that the waxing stylist be friendly, caring and non-​judgemental, because it’s not every day that you drop your panties for someone to pour hot wax on your nether regions. It always leaves me feeling quite vulnerable. So Shilom’s perfect bedside manner was much appreciated. Furthermore, she did an excellent job; not a hair in sight! I will come back here, absolutely.
