This was one of the first Greggs to be refurbished to the new style in this area and always seems to have the newest stuff first(like the hot baguettes). It’s clean, the staff are polite and the food is… well it’s exactly the same as every other Greggs I’ve been to. But that’s rather the point of a chain, isn’t it? But that good as it means my sausage roll addiction gets fed on a regular basis. But this store is better than the average Greggs — it’s just a little bit larger and has a proper seating area. It’s really clean and tidy and everything is in perfect working order(not stuck together with some gaffer tape). So in my mind, that gets it a fourth star. Sure it isn’t going to rock your world, but it is pure unbridled British comfort food.
