1 star is 1 too many. Absolutely shameful, abysmal excuse of service. Literally a hole in the wall service.
The sheer shambles the state the office is in is a clear representation of what to expect from their ends.
Delayed payments, zero response and a feeling that they are trying to screw you from the beginning should be expected if you are unfortunate to have to consider using their business.
Tread very, very carefully. I advise consulting legal advice from the beginning, photo’s and confirmation on paper of everything.
Still awaiting on our deposit.

Horrific. Our landlord switched us to them without informing us, now we can’t get our deposit back. So unprofessional, the woman we have been dealing with us incredibly rude and incompetant. They also left us in a house with black mould for 6 months after themselves admitting this was illegal. They also charged our remaining housemates £50 for some kind of made up deposit protection scheme which I’m sure is illegal. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
