No communication what so ever. They don’t answer the phone, their email address doesn’t work(emails get returned), and no one responds to the messaging system online. They still however are taking money through their website. They’ve taken mine, now i have to get it refunded via a dispute through my credit card company.

I ordered three cake stands from this company. First of all none of the payment gateways were working so i telephoned to make payment over the phone. I spoke with the manager who told me my items were in stock and I would receive in 2 days. 2 days later the order was still showing as awaiting dispatch. I phoned again and was told my order would be with me on the following Tuesday four days later. The following Tuesday my order was still showing awaiting dispatch. I phoned a third time and was told my order was due into their warehouse and I would receive two days later. Two days later my order was still showing as awaiting dispatch. I phoned for the fourth time and was told they did not have any. What a complete and utter waste of time. They lied from start to finish. I will NEVEREVERUSETHISCOMPANYAGAIN.
