Not professional at all
Booked a cooking class in Kyoto with them for 3 people.
Did not get any confirmation, info or whatever … The day of the class, I went to the place and we were not registered ?? They charged me $ 204 the day I booked the class.
I sent them many email to have some update and never got an answer.
When I got home, I called them and got my money back 3 weeks later. No apologize for messing up my trip.
I will never use it again !!!
