UCLU’s latest café– is open on a SATURDAY!!! Success, because it turns out, some of us actually do some work on the weekends…
Just like the others, all the teas, coffee and chocolate served is fair-​trade, and the usual discount is applied for bringing your own cup, and saving the world from cutting down more trees and melting more plastic so you can take another one away, only to later be added to another landfill (Captain Planet rant over).
Affordably priced salads, sandwiches and hot wraps adorn the shelves– you don’t even have to be a student to enjoy these prices I promise.
Quality of the coffee seriously varies depending on who’s serving you– I’d say there exists a selection of would-​be-​fine-​baristas and some who don’t understand the latent art. Ah well, for a £1.10 cappuccino who’s counting…
