Established in 2010.
After a successful career working in some of the world’s greatest kitchens, including Alain Ducasse’s legendary Louis XV in Monaco, The Hotel Negresco in Nice and London’s Roussillon, Alexis Gauthier wanted to create the restaurant of his dreams in the atmospheric setting of Soho.

Business Owner
Alexis trained classically in France under renowned chefs including Alain Ducasse in Monaco. He then came to the UK and was the head chef at Roussillon for ten years, before opening Gauthier Soho in 2010 to great success.
