History

Established in 2008.

Gastro School was formed to combine food and entertaining with education. Guests wanted to learn how to cook and become knowlegable about their menus and ingredients. They also brought their children along.

The dishes they made they could then order from Gastro School in the future.

Parties, dinners and special occassions formed a big part of this.

Also behind the scenes staff can work on a range of solutions for other food providers from writing documents like health and safety policies to planning a new restaurant and kitchen design for new food businesses.

At Gastro School we provide planning, guidance and solutions we also do this in the practical context of the food supply business and the school.

Business Owner

I trained as a professional chef and worked in quality hotels and restaurants in London and abroad. Following that I started teaching young chefs among these was Jamie Oliver’s first Fifteen. I then went on to open two cookery schools. Later I combined all my experience of food and teaching to create Gastro School.
