History
Established in 2013.
FM JoB Search was founded with simple vision of delivering quality recruitment services to both candidates and clients in the facilities management, engineering and property markets. Set up over 5 years ago as a free job board focusing on the facilities management, building maintenance and the commercial property markets and then in 2013 we relaunched the business as a specialist recruitment agency.

Business Owner
Paul Stephens has worked with in the Facilities and Maintenance industry for almost two decades.
The first ten years, working for one of the original TFM providers, Planned Maintenance Engineering, saw Paul work in Business Development and then Operations.
During this time Paul was mentored by some of the «best in the business» developing a broad and deep skill set that allowed him to move into FM and Maintenance recruitment.
Paul’s recruitment career began with the provision of building maintenance engineering personal into the investment banking and corporate sector.
Exposure to an elite client list enabled Paul to create a robust network of industry leaders that has grown deeper and far ranging as the years have gone by.
Paul’s next move was into the recruitment of senior personnel within the hard and soft services arena. Working with a variety of SME’s and global organisations and utilising either a contingency or retained recruitment methodology Paul began to recruit to Manag
