Staff are totally rude, you’ve not even got your foot in the door when they ask you what you want its like they can’t wait to get rid of you, quality of the fish and ships is without a doubt the worst, and to top it they wrap it all even without asking whether you’d like salt and vinegar. Sam’s at Station Road is a far better take away.

I think it is OK here — the chips can be a little hit or miss sometimes, but on the whole an average experience. Portion sizes are good.
Some of the younger staff can be a bit grumpy and they wrap everything before asking if you want salt or vinegar — don’t ever ask them to unwrap to add it after unless you want attitude, the other staff are nice.
I go here more out of convenience than choice.

This is the worst fish and chip shop I have ever been to.
It looks OK from the outside but the food, in my opinion and most people I’ve spoken to, is awful.
However, the branch in Chingford mount was always really nice, not sure why that is!
