Great location, OK food, very nice coffee. Shame about so there lawyers. This place is incredibly peaceful in the early mornings and there’s rather crap WiFi, expensive — if very nice — coffee, and lovely breakfasts. Lunch is just OK, really.

Super ideal location for Summer time, as its in the middle of lincolns inn fields and you can sit outside and let the world go by! Food wise it’s great, the pizzas are seriously what it’s about! Crisped to perfection, with a lovely thin base, and new specials every so often! Yes yes this is what it’s about! If I was grumbling there could be more veggie options, as there only seems to be one or two! They have a massive range of craft beers. Beaut! The cake selection is stupendous! I was lost looking! Couldn’t believe this place was a benugos, as I’m used to them just doing nice sandwiches and salads, this place broke the mould and broke it good!

I take study breaks here with friends during exams(or, as is the case now, dissertation season!) It’s a lovely place to sit and chat, and there’s plenty of interesting people-watching to do. Decent coffee and pretty good cake selection. The zucchini fries are tasty! My only gripe is that it’s a bit pricy for lunch fare. But if you’re an LSE student, show your ID and you’ll get 20% off the bill! If you’re a faculty member, you can allegedly get 50% off… but that is just a rumor I heard… HOWEVER make sure you show your ID before they ring up your purchase, because the cashiers will refuse to apply the discount even if you haven’t forked over your money or card yet. Kind of seems like a petty way to burn customer loyalty…

Lovely little café in the park. Rain or shine, the view you’re afforded is beautiful! I came after classes at the LSE to study with mates, and it was beginning to get crowded. Many tables had already been reserved, so if convenience is your thing I highly recommend booking a spot beforehand. Still, we found tables quickly and ordered. I had the biancaneve pizza — it was amazing and satisfied my Parma ham craving of the day. It was well-priced for the quality of its ingredients. Students get a 25% discount with their ID — so take note!

Very friendly staff. Busy location. Very good wood fire pizza. Tasty. Terrible salad. At a cost of over £10 the Greek salad should comprise of something more than a scraping of Feta cheese and a tonne of onion. Tonnes of onion. No excuse. The spelt risotto was very poor and covered in yellow(yes yellow) old parsley. No excuse. The broccoli also seemed sad and old. The chips were good but covered with the contents of an entire AXA salt carton. Lovely environment. Could be so much better. So much. Shame.

Great location in Lincoln Fields Park, an oasis of green and history near Bloomsbury in London and directly across the street from the Sir John Sloan’s Museum. Fields Café is a great little outdoor café located inside a park, with both indoor and outdoor seating and a wood pizza over, homebaked pastries, beer and wine. Food is just okay, its run by Benugo which caters lots of public locations including the British Museum, but this is simply a lovely green park-like square to catch a breath in the midst of London near Holborn before or after work. A percentage of proceeds from this secret feeling café go directly to the quirky Sir John Sloan’s Museum, which is an absolute bonus.
