We specialise in providing short — very short term property rentals in London. Our business is short letting vacant, privately owned homes. You have the opportunity to stay in fully-​furnished flats or houses oozing local character and charm. It provides you with a more memorable experience than a monotonous hotel room. Our aim is to deliver refined listings, in the most sought after postcodes in London, without the exorbitant prices.

We provide the service of a professional photographer free of charge to landlord, as well as the service of an interior designer to make the properties attractive for short-​term rentals.

History

Established in 2012.

From a few empty rooms to a striving business — FG Property Management Story

The two founders were living together in a shared 3-​story house in Chelsea. As their housemates would often come and go, they decided to let out their rooms while they were away. It was a great opportunity to make a bit of extra cash and cover some of the bills.

Soon enough, they decided to expand their business and offered their service to a number of friends. Everyone seemed delighted by the opportunity of making money while going on holidays without having to create any listings or contact anyone.

The founders started selecting particular properties, which offered beautiful interior design in some of the best locations.

Suddenly, total strangers have the opportunity to live like locals in London with a similar kind of service as hotels for a ridiculously lower price

Now, with over 100 properties under management, FG Property Management has quickly become a strong force in the London tourist industry.

Maxime M.

Manager

Maxime Leufroy-​Murat is the CEO of FG Property Management. Before working for FGPM, he successfully founded Personal Dating Agent, an online dating agency. Prior to founding PDA, Maxime worked four years at Morgan Stanley as an equity trader, after graduating from the University of South Carolina, Summa Cum Laude. His financial expertise and networking acumen made him the perfect candidate to lead FGPM.
