This is an excellent Chinese Restaurant. The restaurant itself is quite big, with plenty of space, with both small tables for an intimate evening, and large tables for big groups and families.
The food is excellent, well cooked and there is a good menu. The portions are large, main meals as well as rice etc portions.
The service is good, attentive without being in your face.
And most importantly, it is reasonably priced.
HIghly recommended, particularly for this part of Hackney that is not well served for qood quality and reasonable prices.

This place serves the best Chinese cuisine that I have ever had in the UK. It is a good sized restaurant and the staff are attentive and good humoured. No problem taking in children as this is as much of a family restaurant as anything else. Everything in cooked to order and the quality of the individual dishes is superb. The portions are mighty and the food is reasonably priced. I am a pork man so I would recommend the slow roast pork and the salt and pepper ribs are to die for. I no longer live in Hackney but I would go back just for this restaurant alone.

I used to live in Hackney many moons ago. This is FANTASTIC Chinese food. Very Very pleasant to eat in — unlike those places in Soho — and take away service also available.
Check out the lamb in lettuce leaves — TO DIE FOR!
