This garage is a rip off! The guy call Mike has twice pressurized me to get my car fixed which I did not like the way they handling the customer. On the first visit, it cost me over £600 to replace a leaked hose pipe which caused the water pump to stop working. I later discovered rattles noise when I first started the engine or when turned on the air filter. I took the car back for the second times and asked the garage to check whether the noise was caused by their previous repaired, which I thought it might has been the Fan if it was not seated properly. I agreed with his partner Andy that the mechanic would take things apart and it would cost me around £60 for label. However, if I decided to go ahead with the repairing, the £60 diagnostic cost would then be waved. Andy was not available so I arranged with Mike by leaving the car at the garage in the morning and called him back in the afternoon. I was later told by Mike that my car needed a new Fan motor and it would cost £299, he had also ordered a new motor. I did not want to go ahead with the replacement and neither authorized the ordering. I told him it was too expensive for me, after all I had spent over £600 on the previous repair with them. Mike kept saying he had already ordered the motor, so I asked him to cancel the order and put everything back as it was. The guy kept telling me that I was silly and it would cost me £180 plus VAT just for the label. I felt gutted! I told him to put everything back as it was and ended up paid the greedy garage £216 for not fixing the car. It was very expensive experience and I will not return to this garage ever again!

Friendly garage in a residential area, for servicing and repairs. They will also arrange for MoTs, though they don’t do them themselves.
Not cheap, but I suppose the rent is high.
They will do cars which are not French or German, obviously
