My selection of cuisine varies from Classic French to Japanese, traditional Thai to Mediterranean, and Spa to Comfort food, not forgetting mouth watering Canapés. I also specialise in Macrobiotics Diet, PH Neutral Diet and Raw Food Diet. Lately, I am experiencing with Molecular Gastronomy with great results, allowing me to build Exquisite ‘1 calorie Dishes’, focusing on original flavours and textures.

I have created many recipes adapted to every Diet, including Calorie-Controlled (I can easily and precisely supply full menu calories count if required), Dairy-free, Fat-Free, Gluten-Free Diet, Vegetarian, Vegan, Wheat-Free, and specialised diets (Halal and Kosher), exclusively using Seasonal Organic Foods.

History
Established in 1997.
I have intensive training in French Cuisine (7 years in all), and 20 years of experience as a chef. Following positons in well-known restaurants, I had the opportunity to shift to private services.
My first job was for Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber, as his Personal Chef, cooking at all of his residences. This amazing opportunity had been so successful it has boosted a line-up of Celebrities.
Today, I offer my knowledge of fine food and food-and-health relationship to everyone.

I have experience in Michelin Star establishments; I have worked with prestigious chefs and cooked to the highest standard possible.
Since, Alain Ducasse sent me to London to work as part of his brigade at Monte’s, a Private Membership Club, situated 164 Sloane Street;
I have expanded my knowledge in all different areas of cuisine.
Later, Jamie Oliver, and today, Gordon Ramsay have replaced Alain Ducasse at Monte’s.
Catering for privates parties in residential households (H.R.H. Prince of Wales, Sir Elton John, Claudia Schiffer, Naomie Harris) as well as freelancing in a few well-known outside catering companies situated in London («Mossiman’s», «The Admirable Crichton» and «Mustard») has allow me to refine my organisational and management skills to perfection.
Today, my knowledge has exceeded the basics of cooking. Passionate about food and Health, I studied further to understand all modern style of cooking, including Macrobiotics, Nutrient Dense Food and well-being.
