Electrical of London

I live in a flat with a property management company, who take one step forward and three steps back. The last time they were here, they came to fix my dishwasher and ended up breaking my microwave and stove in the process. Ugh.
My landlord finally told me I could hire my own person. Electrical of London came recommended so I gave them a call.
Oh, did I mention it was the weekend before Christmas? I expected him to laugh in my face.
Nope, he told me he’d be there at 2pm on a Sunday. Ok, I thought, he’ll be here at 5pm, if at all.
Nope, he was there at 2pm on the dot. I wasn’t actually even home because I assumed he would be late. I ran home as he patiently waited for me without complaint.
So now I thought he would be someone who’d take a look, have no idea and charge me a ton of money. Wrong again. He could see exactly what the issue was, knew there would need to be a more permanent fix BUT created a temporary solution that would get me through Christmas (and longer if I really want to push it.) He uncleared the mess that the property management had made and got most of my appliances working again. And only charged me £60. For hours of work. On the weekend. Before Christmas.
Couldn’t recommend him enough. I sent his estimated invoice for a permanent fix to my landlord and if he agrees, I’m calling this guy right away. Couldn’t have been happier.
