I wandered in here with a ring that needed a drastic resizing, and some other help. The poor thing survived the war, had a crack in it, and was slightly misshapen. On top of that, it had an engraving that I wanted to preserve.
They were very helpful, had a quick turn-​around (I believe 2 days), and my ring came back to me shiny, rounded, and with the engraving intact. The pricing was very reasonable as well.
