Our mortgage company instructed Dunsin to survey a property we are looking to buy. After I found the previous review online, was a little sceptical, but as it was being arranged for us went ahead. Dunsin contacted for the first time on the Thursday, survey arranged for the following Monday (far quicker than I expected), report available by the next Friday. The report is comprehensive although the are quite a few ‘blanks’ where they say they couldn’t look at certain things due to access issues. Overall, no issues at all with contacting them or timing in terms of getting the report back, like the previous review states. Good experience of a professional company (our survey cost £780 all in).
