History

Established in 1927.

The firm can trace its roots back to 1927, when we first opened an office in Station Place, adjacent to the main entrance to Finsbury Park Station.

The present partners are Mark Davies and Laurence Rudolf who were brought up locally in Finsbury Park and Hackney and attended local schools. Two of Mark’s children live locally and several members of Mark’s family work at the firm. Between the partners and the staff there is more than 100 years of experience in selling, letting and managing property in the local area. Our knowledge of the area is unparalleled and our reputation is unrivalled.

As a local firm with strong links to the community, Davies & Davies Estate Agents are committed to supporting local organisations, schools and community groups. We have supported various local organisations over the years including Rainbow Nursery, Stroud Green Primary School, Islington Arts and Media School and Pedal Power Cycling Club.
