Dan Newman began Personal training in 2004 after 10 years experience as martial artist.
We provide professional and high quality training sessions, action plans for food and exercise as well as a proven method for building the habits and motivation to stick to those plans.
Dan’s ethos is quality and integrity.
We have 8 members of our training team and 2 training studios — one in Raynes Park sw20 focusses more on group exercise while our SW19 Wimbledon Gym focusses more on 1:1 PT.
