They fitted our bathroom almost a year ago. They weren’t the quickest or the cheapest, but we went with them because they seemed reliable. That turned out to be a huge mistake.
Less than a year later, the shower panel that they ordered broke due to bad quality. They never gave us an order reference number at the time (despite us asking them to send it), so we were unable to get a replacement from the manufacturer. It took one month and lots of phone calls and texts for them to do anything. They kept being vague, giving excuses, or telling us they’ll call us back and then never calling. One month later, they finally got a replacement screen from the manufacturer, but then we have to repeat the whole process again of calling and texting to get them to come fit it. They initially said they would do it, and it would only take an hour. Two weeks later and they’ve started to ignore our phone calls and texts.
In short, be very careful about using this company.

D London bathroom fitterss work is of an excellent standard. Our bathrooms have been totally transformed, and we are delighted with them. Val has some good ideas on what to do with an existing bathroom and he gave us some good advice. He is a perfectionist, and he spends a lot of time planning the job before he starts, so you will know exactly what will happen. He kept us very well informed and was reliable.
