Went in there at 3.25 to pick up 3 medications. They served everyone who arrived afterwards before me. I actually had to remind them my name for them to get started on my prescription.
All the while the young girl on the till spends her time avoiding all the eyes of the now impatient people in the queue.
Finally I receive my medications only to be told they are missing some and I should come back tomorrow.
Bloody nightmare. Worth the walk up Harrow road in either direction just to get flee from the incompetence. It’s not 4.10 and I’m not pleased.

Probably the best chemist in Maida Vale. Great staff and really helpful. Never have to wait for long. They will even collect your prescription for you.
