We are delighted to provide sensational private dining, canapés, demonstrations and tastings, tailored to your exact needs and budget. Our michelin-star level menus change constantly, in tune with the seasons and the availability of the best produce.
L’atelier de Cuisson is our stripped back fine dining supper club in the heart of central London. This is our testing ground for new menus and dishes. You eat great food at a competitive price and provide brutally honest feedback on our menu allowing us to improve and develop.
There’s even an opening to become our sous-chefs, helping plate up and adding the finishing touches to the dishes (if you want, of course!), if not, sit back and enjoy the experience as we plate up 6 courses right in front of you.

Meet the Business Owner
Paul H.
Business Owner
Paul grew up on the western coast of Ireland. In 2009 he arrived on London’s restaurant scene, cooking in Gordon Ramsay’s high-pressure kitchens. Paul joined the lauded Zucca restaurants and was soon promoted to Head Chef. Having studied butchery and patisserie, Paul then began to develop his appreciation for wine, working for Roberson Wine. Now he practices his art for Cuisson, one of the finest dining groups in London.
