Unbelievable bad service ever! I gave my dress to alter and come back with 2 big holes! The owner said he don’t want to pay me back, I should ask his insurance company to claim my money for his mistake! And if I decide to claim it, he can’t give me my dress back. This is ridiculous and the insurance is not working in this way by common sense. He is trying to be tricky and manipulated! Don’t go there again!

Are you down to the last pair of underwear and socks, and don’t care to pay for the cost equivalent of replacing them to haven them cleaned in your expensive hotel? Self laundry with large and small washers ranging from 5 to 3 gbp each. Dryers for 50 pence each for 7 minutes. They also have free to use baskets as well as offer dry cleaning. Two blocks away from the DLR station and a Tesco nearby. The staff member when I visited was extremely helpful, provide a change, and also sold me a bit of laundry soap for a very reasonable amount. Only downside is no wifi.
