Specialties
Crosstown are scratch bakers who specialise in a unique sourdough that is light & airy with a slight crumb & chew. All jams, compotes, fillings, glazes and toppings are made in house. Made fresh daily.
One of the key points of difference in our dough comes from the DNA of sourdough starter, which was created with wild yeasts in the kitchen at The Providores Restaurant in 2001. We combine this natural levain with fresh bakers yeast to create a ‘hybrid’ Crosstown sourdough.
Our sourdough doughnuts have a resilient crumb structure with a slight chew. There is less fat absorption when deep-fried due to the stronger crumb.

London and we pride ourselves on hand making doughnuts that are delicious. Our concept is simple — we use the best ingredients we can find, sourcing locally where possible, whilst searching across the globe for the highest quality produce.
