The Core Bar recently opened and i decided to give them a try.
They make fantastic coctails served in Jam jars. They also sell various coffees
It a mixmatch of bar restaurant and coffee shop all in the Bank district.
We decided to try the Chorizo sausage rolls served with a spicy chutney and wow these were nice. I’m not really a chorizo fan as i find them a bit to overpowering but this was a lovely mix of meat and well recommended.
We then had the ribeye steak with rosemary fries and a few extra sides — very tasty and perfectly cooked (i am very fussy with my steaks).
They have a sharing platter that i want to go back and sample with some cocktails made even nicer in that we were given free cocktail vouchers for our return. If you keep an eye out on there twitter and FB they have lots of comps and deals for drinks and meals
