Never stay here! Both my friend and I were bitten by bed bugs (see trip advisor photos) and the staff refused to give a refund and blamed it on ‘our hygeine’. The bathrooms were horrible as well. We checked out immediately after being eaten alive and reported them to Health and Safety. Run away!!! If Unilocal would let me give 0 stars, I would!!!

This place was great. The rooms are huge, the bathrooms are great, the water pressure was strong, the breakfast was scrumptious! The staff was very very friendly and the beds were very comfy. The sheets were snuggly and the location is literally one block from paddington station.
For the price and location, this place is a steal!

ive never seen a hotel like it biggest dive i have ever been to toilets was a disgrace what state they are in the rooms ant very nice to the only good thing is the rooms are quite cheep
