This place has lovely products and lovely staff, but I am not sure wether professionally speaking the staff is incompetent or overqualified. I just had a Brazilian there and it was hands down the most painful waxing I ever had in my life. It was the typical «let’s have the Ayurveda specialist do the Brazilian waxing as well». It was absolutely obvious that she was clueless and that she would rather shoot herself rather than do another waxing. She literally put the whole strap of wax in one go and then slowly tried (but failed) to remove it. I got burned and had to put yoghurt on the area for the rest of the evening. Very very disappointed. If you don’t have the capabilities to do that just don’t offer it and stick to what you know.

Organic beauty cares as good as it gets. In a tiny but very charming shop in the heart of Marylebone stands this space dedicated to the care and well being of your skin and the world. They carry a vast array of brands from around the world all with the ethos that is at heart with this store: no chemicals, all natural products. The store was created using recycled vending machine coffee cups, and basically itâs filled with details that are full of wit and humor. The sales staff is so kind; it makes you feel at home. When you go I recommend you try the orange chain lip balm, it smells and feels luxurious and refreshing.
