clarks shoes

We went into Clarks specifically to get my mother’s feet measured. Although the ladies shoes were on the lower floor, we were told we had to go upstairs to the children’s department to get them done. There was a lift, but when we got up there the staff seemed bemused that the measuring hadn’t taken place downstairs. We had to wait and queue and were told one size, which on our return downstairs was converted to adult sizing!
