History
Established in 1874.
Originally built as a bookbinders. The building is still owned and managed by the same family (4th generation). As the need for bookbinding dwindled, the building was converted to business lets.
NB: The bookbinders are still trading on the ground floor.
A beautiful Victorian building with high ceilings and large windows, allowing plenty of natural light.
Great transport links; close to the tube, overground rail and bus routes.
