Chillbox Brixton

I popped in here after dinner at Casa Morita. I had been eyeing it since I sat down for dinner and knew I wanted Froyo for desert.
The shop is very small and the choices are VERY limited. The employee looked disinterested in being at work let alone assisting you with what you wanted exactly.
You basically get a choice of plain or flavoured yogurt and you pay per gram. When you are paying per gram I expect some choice in how much of yogurt and toppings you want. NOPE! She didn’t ask how many grams of yogurt you want, nor how much of each topping.
The person I was with would normally smash a good few 100g’s of yogurt, but got a measly 100g with a few Oreo’s and brownies. Mine was even less amazing. For £6.50 for 2, I kinda expected better.
I’d have happily paid much more for more choice and more yogurt, 100g isn’t actually that much.
Will I go back? Probably not. Am I searching for a better Froyo in Brixton? Most definitely.

The thickest, creamiest, most dessert like froyo I have ever had.
Evidently this place is very hit or miss. But if you love Greek yogurt, this place is a much try. The toppings are decadent too.

Intriguing name but as pointed out by Tom E, this refers to a cardbox box they pop your cup of froyo into. I suppose it’s free advertising for you as you wander round with a big box with the name ‘Chillbox’ on it

Their froyo is made from Greek yoghurt and was lovely and creamy. There isn’t a lot of choice because the shop is small but I had one of their special combos. My mango special had 2 layers of fresh mango and a passion fruit coulis, both excellent foils to the froyo
A good way to end my lunch foray to Brixton

Generic frozen yoghurt place whose only USP is that your fro-​yo comes in a box-​shaped container and not a tub-​shape.
Except that they actually put it in a tub-​shaped container and then waste a minute of everyone’s lives by folding some card around that to create the eponymous and useless ‘chill box’
Worst USP ever.
