I’ve been a customer of Chatoos for 15 years. They appear to have a loyal customer base. When I first started going there, I had been experiencing problems with my contact lenses (they would often fall out). They offer a thorough examination and measure the eyes properly and I have never had problems with the contacts since.
They sell a good range of spectacles and sunglasses but most of them are high-​end designers such as Chanel, Prada, Dior and Calvin Klein.
It’s a family-​run business and they give friendly and attentive service. They have another branch in the Strand. Apparently Sting has been a customer there.
