Business Owner

I am a career development professional with over 15 years’ experience working in a variety of settings including corporate, employment services, government-​funded career development programmes as well as the education and training sectors. I am a Guardian Careers expert panellist and regular contributor to various career and employment publications and blogs.

With a genuine passion for helping others discover careers that truly meet their needs, I entered the field of career development wanting to help people gain a sense of achievement and fulfilment. As a trained counsellor, career counsellor and career coach, I use a range of tools and techniques to help people identify goals, develop strategies, consider options and create career action plans that get results.
