Awful customer service

I’ve been here a few times now but after my visit on Saturday, I definitely had to ‘Yelp’ about the store simply due to the brilliant customer service I received.
I’ve not received such friendly, attentive and helpful customer service for a long time — it was truly excellent. The only problem was I came away empty handed but I blame that more on my body than anything else!
There is great range of clothing for women and men — with the footwear down the road in the Bullfrogs shoe shop — and as Cordelle mentions the prices aren’t cheap but you do find a lot of brands that you can’t get in other places. The only brand I’d seen before was Closet which you can get in Dorothy Perkins and it’s a fantastic range and they had a lot of their dresses.
The store is really conveniently located as it’s in the middle of the High Street and really close to the DLR and the Market.
Highly recommend the store.

I always get some decent shoes here, fashionable and affordable.

Trendy brand name clothing and accessories for men and women.
Women wear is on the ground floor and men wear are upstairs
Always got a sale rack at the back of store for women and Men are upstairs.
Once again!!!
Discount for students and refunds are given in credit notes.
Again! it is expensive.
An one off treat now and again… For me anyway.

Lovely little show shop. The staff can be a little offhand if you get them on the wrong day, but overall a good selection of shoes

This shop refused to give me a refund on a faulty pair of shoes. I reported the issue to Greenwich Trading Standards and emailed the company’s headquarters. Only then did they agree to give me a cash refund. What they did initially contravened the Sales of Goods Act 1979.
I would advise people in Greenwich to not shop here.

This shop is absolutely rubbish. Overpriced for the standard of quality and service they provide As they say: give them bananas and you’ll get monkeys! Apart from a few exceptions, the shoes are ugly
Shop is empty and there are too many staff who are not friendly at all staring at you from when you step in.
It happened that I bought two pairs of boots one black for me and a brown one for my sister had to return both!!! Very first time I wore the black one, the sole was so uncomfortable I realised there was something pointy stitching out and hurting my feet. I took it back and the staff laughed at my face trying to convince me it was ok to wear it like that. The brown one had paper instead of leather/​fabric on the inside sole and first time my sister tried it on it folder inside and we also had to take it back they refused to give us the money back and one of the assistants even told us that she wouldn’t expect any shoes to be perfect and that I had to get used to it, that’s all!

No, before reading this review, you should know that it’s really the only shoe shop in Greenwich. Apart from one over the road which is great if you want to look like a hooker.
It used to be pretty great in here. I bought my first expensive pair of shoes in here the day I started uni. They might not fit anymore but they’re still pretty.
That was 6 years ago. Now the place is rubbish. Overpriced and really shoddy. Not just that but the shoes are ugly. Unless you really want a pair of red patent platform wedges? No, me niether. Everything is very over the top here.
Its a small shop and the staff have a knack of making you feel uncomfortable if you’re just looking. Which is horrible when there’s four of them veen if the shop is empty. It’s the kind of place I hate going into if I’m not feeling at my best. This makes shopping a bit rubbish.
I pop in everytime I’m shopping in Greenwich, but someone please put a decent shoe store in the town. My feet are not happy.

This is a great fashion shop which has many alternative items that you wouldn’t find on the highstreet. There is always something exciting and it has a great range of shoes and trainers. It specialises in labelled shoes like Ugg boots and caters for both men and women. It is is a glamorous, ‘westend’ style shop and has a great range at varying prices.
