Lovely flowers shocking service. I received a bunch of lovely flowers however the delivery man was very rude and tried to deliver to the wrong address deliberately and waste my time. He proceeded to use foul language when the flowers were delivered. when i phoned to complain the lady was very short and tried to put the blame on me. Considering the delivery cost was 9.95 and the flowers are expensive, I do not find this acceptable. I would not recommend to use this company
