Ok so I won’t be patronising and explain to you what Bose is… if you’re from this planet and have heard of music, you’ve probably encountered them. My experience here is really about fantastic customer service– really helpful guys, friendly and straight to business. If you have the opportunity to buy from a standalone shop and not a concession, the experience is probably worth the commute to chat with the experts.
