UK version of Ulta in the States, except boots sells drinks and sandwiches too. Interesting combo, eh? They have both high end and drugstore cosmetics, skincare, body care, they also offer a variety of health care stuff. They have got everything here! It’s almost like a one stop shop(like walmart but better, and focuses more on cosmetics.)

Sometimes we take things are granted. How about your parents? How about the air we breathe? How about Boots the chemist? My local Boots is particularly good. However, I really feel that I take it for granted. If you need to pick up anything locally from a sandwich to a prescription and everything in between, my local Boots has a great profile of stock that suits everything I need. The staff here are pretty good and they are all friendly and helpful. I know it is not the largest Boots around — obviously a huge Boots store like Oxford Street puts this place completely to shame. However, if I need any of the essentials from the chemist, this branch of Boots delivers it in a good value for money, reasonably stocked way. The problem is that I have been going here for too long, and do not notice how handy this place is. I would be really upset if I didn’t have this available. Viva Boots!

This is quite a small branch of the pharmacy chain Boots which is situated on Kilburn High Road, you’ll find it if you turn right out of Kilburn High Road overground station. It stocks all the usual make up brands(No 7, Revlon, Max Factor, L’Oreal, Maybelline, 17, Rimmel etc) plus the bath, body and baby items you’d expect to find in a Boots. There’s a pharmacy counter where you can pick up prescriptions or get advice and there’s a wide range of over the counter medicines available too. If you look towards the back of the store, near the photo items, you can usually find loads of bargains in this store.
