Our passion for fried chicken got us thinking — people have elevated the burger and they’ve done a great job, so, what if chicken were beef?
All of our ingredients are of the highest quality, sourced responsibly and delivered fresh daily — you’d be surprised how rare that is when it comes to fried chicken.
‘Free Range & Fried’ describes our product and how it’s prepared, but it also describes our attitude to what we do — naughty but nice.
We’ve travelled a long way and eaten a lot of fried chicken, all in the name of research and we’ve been inspired by the places we visited; Logan Square in Chicago, Sansom Street in Philadelphia, and a couple of great places in Brooklyn. We’ve also learned a lot from how they fry chicken in Asia.
We’ve taken all that experience and come up with our own recipe so that we can bring you a distinctly British version of the great local fried chicken restaurants we love.
