Description

Specialties

Bikram Yoga, the fastest growing yoga in the world, is a series of 26 postures derived from 5,000 years of yoga tradition, and performed in a room heated to 40°C+. During the 90-minute class you will sweat every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ and gland, while moving oxygen to every cell of the body. Bikram Yoga builds strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance, resulting in a leaner, healthier body and improved wellbeing. Whatever your fitness level, you’ll quickly see significant benefits as you work your body beyond what you had imagined possible, all under the guidance of an experienced teacher leading you each step of the way.

History

Established in 2009.

When we set out to open our first flagship Bikram Yoga studio in Canary Wharf in 2009, we had a core mission: To transform people’s lives by making them happier and more focused, determined, and ultimately successful in life and work. The results have been more than we could have imagined. We are often approached by clients who have lost weight, overcome an injury, developed more focus and confidence in their work, and even reignited the passion they feel for life. They become redefined — better partners, parents, co-workers, people.

We are here to make that journey possible for every individual who is prepared to embark on it, providing guidance motivation and support every class, every step of the way.
