The Balance Clinic in Chelsea is tucked away in a little court yard towards the New King’s Road end of the King’s Road. When you enter the clinic, there’s a pleasant light and airy feel, with much of the décor being in cream or marble green. Now to the treatment! Many Londoners are rushed off their feet and there tends to be a culture of eating on the run or at your desk, which isn’t good for the digestive system. Colonic irrigation is used as a detox programme, which can reduce bloating and improve skin conditions. Too often we don’t look at all the toxins in the processed food that we eat. The result being skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis. A colonic irrigation is a good way to start to clear all this up. Combined with a change in eating and exercise habits, this would be a start to a new healthier, more energy filled lifestyle!
