I first went to Back on Track five or more years ago, when I was in crippling pain with my back. I could barely walk due to a muscle spasm. They were recommended by my doctor, as an NHS physio would have taken weeks to get an appointment. After the first visit I was instantly much better, and Paul gave me some exercises to do to stretch the right muscles. One more visit a few days later and I was 90% better, and after another week of the exercises I was 100%. Since then I’ve been back a couple of times, though knowing the exercises to do when things start to twinge means I’ve never been as bad as the first time. It also only takes one visit to get me fixed. I’ve also sent my wife and my elderly mum for physio there, and they have had a similarly excellent experience. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
