Situation: two of us came in to eat, both of us ordered main dishes for 13.95 each, we were offered five pizzas without actually getting what we ordered. Staff is completely useless and does not show that it is organized. In America we say«get your s**t together» on the upside the pizza was good.

We came here briefly to meet some friends of my brothers and only hung around for an hour or two, but during that time we had some amazing cocktails and saw a lot of people really enjoying their food and the atmosphere, so I’d love to try it again. Staff behind the bar were all complete professionals and providing a very efficient and experienced service(tasting the cocktails before serving to make sure they’re okay — hygienically, may I add!) and, although the service was slow, you can see why when you see the amount of detail and ingredients that goes into each drink.

B-Soho is a place where you can chill and enjoy tasty cocktails. Its has great, simple food for everyone. We went there at night and they had great live music. Our waitress was nice and service-minded and so was the bartender. A small gem in a big town.

I’ve been meaning to come here for a while as it seems like such a lovely concept and so comfortable right in the middle of Soho. I arrived early at 12 to meet my sister, the staff were still having lunch, and despite another table sitting also, they almost didn’t know what to do with having a solo diner in the place. I ordered a white wine and waited. It was a pinot grigo I think, it wasn’t great. Since I waited so long for her to arrive, I had plenty of time to memorize the menu. They have a decent lunch special of a starter and main for £9.50, either pizza, pasta or salad. We ordered the arancini balls, polenta chips and the linguini with prawns. It ended up being so little food that we had to order a side of garlic bread too. I loved the arancini balls, you get 3 and they are full of lovely melted cheese. The polenta fries were very dry so I’d suggest giving them a miss. The linguini with prawns was quite a small portion for £13.50 and a bit bland. Overall, it’s a nice place to come for lunch and was surprisingly not that busy for a Friday at lunchtime. I’d like to try the pizza some time, but I did notice you have to cut it yourself, which is always a pain for customers. Just do it in the kitchen, it doesn’t make it more ‘authentic’, just annoying.

Visited B-Soho solely because of the good reviews of the venue. Was very disappointed in the service I received and the quality of the food. I had made a reservation and when I arrived it was completely empty in the restaurant downstairs, so I asked if I could have a particular table and was turned down because they were ‘very busy’ when in fact there were lots of empty tables. I ordered a vegetarian pizza which arrived cold and had hardly any topping on it at all. The pizza was dry and really not worth the £11.95 that I paid! The only positive note was the décor inside and the atmosphere in the upstairs bar. Also didn’t enjoy the cocktail which I ordered which tasted more of the juice than alcohol. Wouldn’t recommend.

Loved the ambience of this place and they were playing live music upstairs too. The service was on point due to the fact we were a table of 13 and 1 server took care of us. She was extremely attentive to all of our needs I give her kudus for not screwing up any of our requests. Food was delicious also I would recommend this place.

This place has great cocktails, great live music(sounded like they where playing a CD, it was that good), lovely pizza and brilliant Vino selection. Brilliant for Bday parties, not over priced for the Westend. Defiantly hang around for the music and cocktails

Pizza! OMNOM. I went for a late lunch with two others and was seated at a table for six, which was pretty hospitable when you consider that in the evenings this place is so packed you barely have room to breathe let alone sit down. The place is nicely decorated. As you enter, you’re guided straight to the bar by a ceiling catwalk of lights, making it pretty obvious what they think you’re there for. There are also some beautiful paintings on the walls and a beach mural giving it a kind of fresh feeling. The music was perfect for a buzzy evening, but a little too loud for an afternoon if I’m honest. The food is yum. I had a pizza, I forget the name of it but it had spiced ham, mushrooms and olives on it and oh boy was it good. Crunchy crust, SO much sauce and a good amount of topping. It felt luxurious and I could barely stop eating long enough to finish the meeting I was there for. The only thing stopping me giving this a top score was the drinks. I ordered a lemonade and was expecting the standard tall glass of fizzy joy, to match the coca cola my friend got. What I received was actually a tiny bottle half the size of hers, just about enough to fill one of their glasses, and they had thick bottoms so they’re not even as deep as they look. She got two glasses of drink out of hers; I got one. Not exactly value for money and there’s no indication on the menu that that’s what you’re getting. Still, don’t let that put you off visiting. Just consider yourself forewarned.

B-Soho wears a lot of hats. It’s a cocktail lounge. It’s a place to party. It’s a spot to relax with friends. This Soho chameleon really depends on what time you are there. I’ve been a couple times now, and each one had a really different experience. At night, it’s lively, with people filling every table(absolutely worth it to book), cocktails and food coming down, lots of noise and excitement. There’s a great bar in the back for drink or comfortable tables for eating. And the food is good. The pizza is thin crust and filled with sauce in just that way I like. Mmm. And the cheese balls, oh my god, deepfried and filled with warm gooey cheese in the middle. Blows your mind. I was there yesterday during happy hour for a work meeting though and completely opposite. Very few people, very relaxed, they gave us a table for six when we only have three people, which was great because we needed the room to work. My only issue was the music, which was too loud for such a quiet afternoon. It seemed like they had it kept up for where it was during the evening time. Take it down a bit and it’s fine. The space is beautiful(with tons of lightbulbs lighting your way in a path straight to the bar) and fun. It’s easy to walk by this spot down Poland Street, but don’t. It’s worth coming into.

In general, humans like sitting. It’s a favorite homo sapien past time. Especially if you’re American like me and get exhausted after walking what feels like miles on end around London. Humans like sitting on all sorts of things — chairs, sofas, and the occasional bar stool. Now, this place looks okay from the outside. In fact, I stood outside of it on the other side of the street on a busy Saturday night, contemplating whether it would be a good place for a drink. I «Yelped» it and noticed it had two five-star reviews(out of three, at the time). I trusted my fellow Unilocal UK reviewers and headed in. The bouncer nodded. The hostess heard me say, «We’re just here for drinks, where can we sit?», to which she replied with a finger point to the bar. Approaching the bar, you will notice one of the things humans like to sit on: bar stools. I tried to sit on it, like any human would do. This prompted a bit of a growl from the bartender, who told me I couldn’t sit there. «But it’s a bar at the bar stool?» I said. She told me no one was allowed to sit at the bar at that time. She didn’t offer an alternative place to sit. This is the biggest no-no in the service industry, in the States at least. So I turned around and walked straight out. Maybe it was the fact that I was brown, or that I looked like a hipster, or that I was a brown hipster, that made her decide that I wasn’t worth the time or effort to accommodate.(After all, everyone else looked like they were waiting to make a brief cameo in the next 007 film.) For a place that charges £10($ 15.60USD) per cocktail, you’d expect that the price in part would temporarily rent you a place to sit. It doesn’t. But if you’re on some sort of standing marathon, this is your hot spot.

I have to admit, I didn’t really know what to expect when I came here. What is it? A restaurant? A pizzeria? A cocktail bar? A Karaōke Bar? A Game Bar(think Bounce in Holborn)? I’d say… all of the above! From the moment I walked in, I was overwhelmed with its kitschy-ness, but in a good way. I didn’t feel like it was trying too hard. I loved the cozy rustic ambiance, especially the over sized leather couches that you could get lost in. The cocktails were delicious– they made them nice and strong :) My friend and I didn’t actually order pizza. I got the escalope melenzanne which I was very pleased with. My friend got a salmon salad which looked great, especially if you are in the mood for a lighter option. Service was okay-ish. As we were leaving the karaōke was just warming up. And I’d imagine this to have a great vibe on a Friday night after work. All in all, I really, really like this place. I had a great evening! Seems like its a bit under the radar at the moment, but I have a feeling that won’t be for long.

Good solid option. Pizza does the job. Service was really great and the free limoncello was a great gesture especially as we were a large group and probably quite hard work. Downstairs is the restaurant, upstairs is a cocktail bar which we didn’t stay on in but looked busy. Booking a table easy for sat night, and various amendments were dealt with efficiently.

My husband and I stumbed upon B-Soho last Saturday– we were looking for food but didn’t want the usual brunch-y affair, so after looking over their menu, decided to give it a go. I’m glad we did– FANTASTIC pizzas. My husband ordered the Don Alberto pizza and I had the Bufalina. Both were amazing. Service was fantastic and the bar list was decent. I definitely plan on returning and have already spread the word about this place! BRILLIANT!
