Appalling service. I was not the only one with a reservation for a car who was basically told, «Tough Luck, we gave your car to someone else because we were busy». Unacceptable. While it is true that most car rental agencies in central London are busy, and don’t offer the best service, this was worse than normal. A reservation is supposed to be just that, a reservation and something to be honoured. The agent didn’t really care and his attitude was astonishing until confronted with my printed reservation. We did get a car, but the other fellow didnt. I felt sorry for him. Not going back here.
