I went into this store this morning to get my first ever Aveda product and was warmly welcomed and offered a cup of tea.
The sales lady was very helpful and provided me with all information I needed.
Hopefully Aveda products I bought are up to the great standard of customer service they provide.

A cup of tea? Well for goodness sakes, I’m just shopping for hairspray and tourmaline-​infused facewash, but thank you for offering! This is one of my favorite Aveda outlets, the staff are always helpful and not pressuring you into a bunch of products you don’t really need. I don’t live anywhere near Kensington anymore, but I usually try to find something else to do in the area when I need more Aveda products so I have more of a reason to stop back to this location. Hey, give me good service once and I’d rather give you my business over the next shop!
