Called AVA up and enquired about a van, said i might need one on saturday, said i would collect on saturday, he asked for my debit card details, so that he knew the call was genuine, (so he says) after 6 mins minutes i called and asked him to cancel the van, i later found they took the days hire for the van and i never hired it, when i complained they refunded minus 20% and thats cancelling after 6 mins. £6 down the drain, the van are crap and look like rust buckets, its not a case of showing the dents and damage, its easier just to find a straight panel on their vehicle.
