Appalling service. I used them to ship a lot of my belongings from the UK to Canada and the stress and inconvenience they caused me has vowed to ensure I never use them again. First they hide many charges and fees from the quote, and then add inflated prices to their insurance. They’re very quick to agree to deliver packing boxes, but after that, their service falls to pieces, much like your possessions do once in their hands.
It took far too many emails and phone calls to get them to agree to pricing and pick-​up. Delivery took about 6 weeks, which is what I expected, but although they provide you with a tracking number to see where your shipment is, the link is rarely updated. Mine was still showing it to be in port in Montréal a week after customs released it to me and I was unpacking in my house!
I had a large number of breakages, despite packing things extra vigilantly and with due care. Trying to make a claim through their insurance is beyond painful. They will do absolutely anything and everything to avoid paying, suddenly introducing high deductions that aren’t included in the paperwork they send you to sign. In my experience they said I should have known about the extra clauses, even though they didn’t provide them to me.
In the end I threatened legal action to recover my losses and wrote to the VP. I eventually got my claim paid, but it left a very sour feeling. There are many shipping companies out there if you do have to move abroad, avoid Anglo Pacific if you move.

If I could give zero stars, this is where I would start. Sadly I had to give one for the review to be posted.
Do NOT use these guys. EVER. Worst customer service ever. Anglo-​Pacific provided the best incentive to never miss our time in London — absolutely hands down the worst customer service and moving company I have ever worked with. And that includes two moves across Europe and one from the US to the UK. They are the worst kind of service providers — friendly and fake-​efficient on the phone, and then drop the ball at every conceivable stage in the process.
Despite having told us 2 – 3 months from door to door, they have now had out belongings for 6 months (!!!) and they have still not been delivered.
There was a change in destination shortly after pickup, and we were advised by Anglo-​Pacific that it would make more sense, be cheaper and faster, to have the shipment re-​routed to the Port of Los Angeles, CA than to New York and then travel overland. Bahaha.
They gave us an arrival time for our shipment in LA of June 13^th. We arrived in LA May 28^th, giving us 2 weeks to find an apartment until our belongings arrived. Since May 28^th, the delivery then was delayed to July 1^st, then July 15^th, then July 27^th, and it is now August 11^th and we are still waiting. Oh yeah, and they’ve stopped answering our emails too.
We timed our arrival in the US perfectly with them, trusting their dates — with the result that we did not stay longer with family in Europe. We have now been in the states for 3 months — furniture-​, clothes– and kitchen-​less, and are 1000s of dollars out in replacements, and countless hours of inconvenience.
We spoke very early on to Anglo-​Pacific about other options and were told there are none, and no compensation, and are now being stonewalled and they are no longer answering our emails.
I have rarely felt this powerless during any situation, (and coincidentally very hot, still wearing our european winter clothes in the LA summer) and are starting to get worried whether something has happened along the way that we were not told of.
