I have to give a positive «shout out» on these guys. I arrived in London needing a watch battery, which I knew before leaving home, but I also needed a new wrist band, which I did not know until after I left home.
These gentlemen took good care of both in very short order (less than fifteen minutes!) and today I wear that watch with the new wrist band every day after not wearing a watch for many years.
Next time in London I may visit them for a new watch or other gift item.
Great job, great service, great value.

Needed a new battery in my Longines watch. The last two times I’ve had it replaced it’s taken 2 – 5 days and cost more than £20. I walked in to Alsal’s expecting something similar however 2 minutes later I was paying only £9.50 and walking out with a fully-functioning watch. Hooray!

Halfway through a monthlong European holiday, I dropped my automatic Omega on the tile floor of my bathroom. Hard. When I picked it up, I was horrified to find that the hour and minute hands were spinning around freely. Ouch. I was afraid the watch had bitten then dust. Calls to the Omega showroom and service centre on Bond Street suggested that massive and expensive surgery was in order and that it would take a minimum of two weeks to complete. But when I called Alsal, I began to feel relief almost immediately. No problem, they said. I brought my watch in and less than two hours later, all was well in the world again. And all for only £10! Ali is absolutely tops in my book!

Absolutely superb service! I went to Alsal for a watch repair. I was immediately helped when I walked in, and the repair took two minutes maximum. This is the kind of service that you would expect to find in a small town, but to find it in the center of London is an unexpected surprise. I highly recommend this business!
