Established in 2001.
In 2001 I was made redundant so I took my redundancy money and threw it at this business. It has grown and grown each year since then. I have helped hundreds of people solve physical and mental problems giving them the confidence to live fuller more happy lives.

Nick C.
Business Owner
Nick was an actor and he discovered the Alexander Technique in much the same way as F M Alexander himself, facing challenges with acting. Once the technique kicked in the acting went and he has now been practising the Alexander Technique for 20 years.
