This is an update of my previous review of Aladin’s. Since that review, I had curry takeaway from here which was actually quite oily and bad. You may then wonder where my 5 stars come from, so I will tell you the secret of ordering here. Get the NIHARI! This place does one thing really, really well and it is so worth having. Nihari for those who don’t know is spicy, very tasty and very tender thick slabs of meat in a thick and delicious sauce served with naan. It is a difficult dish to make and takes hours of simmering to get that amazing flavour and it is special to me that I have found a place that does it. The haleem here is also decent but for me, Aladin’s = Yummy Nihari so please keep the secret!

Dining at Aladin’s Kebabish on a Thursday morning was a fantastic experience. The restaurant is a break from the norm. The atmosphere is very lively. The food was definitely awesome and so was the service. Everything was spot on. Will return again.
